It is possible to make selections from the entire table, columns, column intersections and rows. In addition, it is possible to select, edit or add headers.
Select data
When you create a data view, you would display the next screen. The first action to be taken is the selection of data.
To select the full table, you should click in the upper-left corner, as shown in the image.
If you want to select just a few columns, you should click on each of them. In addition, you can reorder the columns by clicking on the order you want.
Definition of headers or subjects
The definition of headers or subjects allows for:
- Isolate the titles or headers of the rest of the data.
- Availability of the titles or headers available in APIs method output templates.
If the data source reports the headers or subjects, you must click on the first row to apply the selection.
In addition to applying the selection, you could modify their names by double clicking on each of the subjects.
If the origin does not report the headers or titles and you want to add them, you can do so by using the second option and then by writing the corresponding items in each column.
