Manage my profile

Summary

You can modify your profile settings at My profile: https://workspace.vor-tex.io/my-account/


Change name or email

To change your name and email, you just need to enter the new values and click Save.



Change password

To modify the password, you must enter the old password (the one you used to enter the Workspace) and the new password.


Remember that the password should contain the following:
  1. At least one letter
  2. At least one capital letters
  3. At least one number
  4. At least one symbol
  5. 8 characters or more

Enable two-factor authentication

You can enable two-factor authentication (2FA or Two Factor Authentication) by clicking on Enable 2-factor authentication.

A QR code that you should read from the Authy application or Google Authenticator application. You can install these apps on your mobile phone by searching for them in the appropriate app store (Apple Store, Google Play).

Reading the QR from the app, a 6-day code that you must enter in order to enable two-factor authentication.



Once two-factor authentication has been activated, the next time you enter the Workspace we will request the 6-day code delivered by the application.
